                  Torrey Swan, Business Development

                  Torrey Swan has been in his role of Business Development since 2010. He is Project Manager for a $12 million, 4 acre brownfield redevelopment, Project Manager for formation of the International Avenue Tech Centre (IATC), a cleantech business incubator, Project Manager for the launching of Rockmount Trust Company, a real estate financing trust, and is Executive Assistant to the President concerning government relations and public communications. Prior to this role, since 2009, he worked as an Analyst for Rockmount and compiled a Highest and Best Use Development Model for a Calgary brownfield redevelopment, composed IATC  Feasibility Study, Business Plan and Project Execution Plan, built and maintained IATC Stakeholder Relations Program and reviewed and constructed business plans and pro formas pertaining to other Rockmount investments.

                  Mr. Swan holds a Masters of Business Administration, Global Energy Management and Sustainable Development specialization, from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), with a major in Political Studies and minors in Economics and History, from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario. He has completed the Alberta Culture and Community Spirit, Board Development Program, the Alberta Real Estate Council, Mortgage Associates Course, and the ISFI Institute, Exempt Market Product Course.

                  Mr. Swan currently serves as: Director, Canadian Club of Calgary; Director, PCAA Calgary Mountain View Constituency Board; Director, International Avenue Arts and Cultural Centre; Director, Calgary Centre Conservative Party of Canada Board; Member, Environmental Committee, Urban Development Institute-Calgary Chapter; and, Member, Program Committee, Make It Good. 

                  Mr. Swan is engaged to Ms. Siobhán O'Doherty, a grade 6 teacher at Edgemont Elementary School. They reside in the Calgary neighbourhood of Downtown Westend.
