Since 2004 Mr. Lewis has been involved in all aspects of Rockmount's business, including: market research; feasibility studies; financial modeling; municipal relations, including managing applications with Planning Department, advancing applications through Planning Commission and rezoning stages, preparing for development permit and building permit applications; negotiations with joint venture partners, limited partners and other passive equity investors, commercial bankers and mortgage lenders; optimizing tax efficiency; and addressing all aspects of brownfield development. Since 2010 Mr. Lewis has been coordinating the work-out and recapitalization of a downstream lube oil facility..

Mr. Lewis' previous experience includes ownership and management of a retail business in Calgary and management positions at Mohawk Lubricants Ltd. and Hub Oil Company Ltd.

Mr. Lewis is a Graduate of the Environmental Studies Diploma Program, Langara College, Vancouver, B.C.

Mr Lewis represents Rockmount and its affiliates at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, the Canadian Association of Business Incubators, the Independent Lubricant Manufactures Association, the National Business Incubator Association,  the National Oil Recyclers Association and the Urban Development Institute.
